Uh...hmm. Looks like Primis launched it. No clue why it was "nuked".

This could be a bug. The draft was abandoned and got launched by Primis on Nov 11th. However the draft doesn't show up in the list of launches. Apparently, it's possible to edit a draft after it got launched. Which you did on Feb 8th. So I guess it got labeled as nuked by default.
I've been thinking of trying again at launching the trope "Blind People Wear Sunglasses". However, I don't know if there's any rule against that sort of thing or not. So I thought I'd ask.
