Just in general, it’s almost always fine to bring back topics that got lost without resolution in the wiki maintenance threads.

In TRS, you can always respond to threads that are still open.

And in general, no one responding for a month should cause the thread to be clocked, so it's encouraged to do so.

And even more in general, cleanup/project threads are okay to bump after ages of inactivity, as long as you're contributing to the effort or reviving discussion.
