if it helps, though, i also remember the cover had a yellow bird on it, and near the end of one of the episodes one of the ducks lost their earrings in the sand (???)

yes, i do! i saw it on netflix. i tried looking there i think uhh a week ago, but i couldn't find anything like what i saw :(
Do you remember anything else about it? Do you remember if it was traditional animation or CGI? Any lines of dialogue, even faintly remembered, or any character names?
it was animated in cgi, and although i dont remember any dialogue or names, i do remember that at the end of one episode the bat was either too weak or too injured to fly, so one of the ducks offered to carry him
Low chance but a search for a cgi cartoon with a condor egg turns up "The Case of the Orphaned Egg" from Treehouse Detectives.

i remember there was this cartoon about birds that went on like rescue missions and stuff. i think it was originally french, but had an english dub. i really liked watching it when i was younger.
i remember there was a group of female ducks, and a bat there too for some reason. i also remember watching one episode where they had to save a condor egg from getting crushed by a train. i found it again a while ago, but i forgot the name of it :(
