Definitely a ZCE. I would assume that the weird in-universe philosophical texts are weird on purpose — you should try expanding it on that basis. And if you can't, then yeah, just comment it.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing.Yeah, the other half of the problem is that it might be shoehorning since as dense as they are the texts in question are often accurate, if complicated and confusing, descriptions of how the Elder Scrolls universe works; most of them are heavily inspired by real-world esoteric religious mysticism.

Was on a wiki walk and noticed this entry under Video Games in Word Salad Philosophy:
It was added a whopping 5 years ago by Kestrellius with few changes since (it also appears to be the last edit they made before vanishing from the site).
For those not aware of the context Michael Kirkbride is the writer credited with coming up with most of the New Weird aspects of the Elder Scrolls franchise, including some (in)famously dense in-universe philosophical texts.
