Yep, good example of the intersection of Accidental Nightmare Fuel, Non-Ironic Clown, and Monster Clown.
To get more specific on the breakdown: The intention was Non-Ironic Clown, but due to the design derailing into the Uncanny Valley, it ended up as Accidental Nightmare Fuel. The internet then adopted images of it in the context of intentional Monster Clown.

"Creepy Clown"
(which I doubt is an official name, although I don't think anyone knows if the character really has a name) is an animatronic clown that was created to greet visitors to a convention, so it might count as a Non-Ironic Clown. But it has a (presumably accidentally) very creepy design, and nowadays it's most well known for a particular photo of it that is used in creepy clown memes and other things on the internet. Could it potentially go on both Non-Ironic Clown and Monster Clown?
