When there's an official english title, I beleive the policy is to use the english title. So copy the better description to Manga.Team Medical Dragon (assuming it's an official english title). Good occasion to put them to their proper namespace while at it.
I've noticed a big problem, after doing an edit at Dynamic Character:
There's two pages for a single work: Team Medical Dragon and Iryu Team Medical Dragon. Both are about even in number of examples, but Iryu Team Medical Dragon has the most developped work introduction.
What to do with those pages?
