I'm no expert, but it looks pretty good to me! I've just edited it to add a line before and after the examples, and will put it in the indexes of the operating systems it works on. You might want to also add it to the index of whichever genre it's closest to.
The one part I'm unsure about is this one:
- Wanted Meter:
- Each prison has a Security Level ranging from one to five stars. Each level deploys more security forces.note
- If the Security Level reaches 5 stars, the prison goes into lockdown.
- Missing roll call or being caught out of bed after Lights Out will trigger a Lockdown.
You already mention that there's a lockdown on level 5 in the note in the first example, so it seems kind of redundant to say the same thing in the second one. And I'm not quite sure what "Missing role call" means.
Why is Mans Worst Friend commented out? I'd use something like "at all" instead of "whatsoever", but other than that, I think it looks fine.
Don't forget to do some Crosswicking, since currently the only pages it's related to are the indexes it's in and the first game. You could create the best page on the wiki, and it wouldn't matter at all if nobody ever encountered it.

Did I create the page correctly? I made sure to include multiple examples and tropes, as well as doing my best to avoid zero context examples. I just wonder if I did a good enough job at starting the page off. This is the page: The Escapists 2
