Those areas a bit less formal and able to be more comedic. "Trope" isn't to be used as a placeholder in titles because of Clear, Concise, Witty, it's basically the title version of Word Cruft and can even be misleading at times. But when it comes to Playing With pages, something like "Alice and Bob star in the in-universe series ''Tropetown High", there's not really any problem, as long as the mention doesn't obscure the actual meaning of the sentence.

Heck, check out the rewritten Zero-Context Example page and see that, even there, we were allowed to use "trope" as in "Alice, from the episode "Mayor of Troperville", is this.".
