close, but not quite—I'm specifically looking for one that would include the Midnight planet "turning out" to be real. maybe another way of looking at it could be that it's like "Funny Aneurysm" Moment but without it being that a joke becoming less funny because it actually happened and was a tragedy when it DID happen. more to the effect of "Oh, that's interesting. This work of fiction has something in it that was completely fantastical and then they found something alot like it in real life!" (i'd say that Aluminum Christmas Trees qualifies more for things that already existed and were known at the time but most don't know them anymore)

^ That only works if someone actually makes a planet made of diamonds (that's what the "imitates" part implies). If it's just discovery, that'd be Accidentally-Correct Writing.
