Idiotic Partner Confession seem the closest, but it seem to only involve stupid characters. I don't know if characters that are simply Brutally Honest might count.
Like Bob being a terrible cook, but Alice, wanting to be in his good graces (maybe he is her boss), says that his food is delicious. But Carol, who doesn't care who Bob is or how it affects Alice, simply says that is the worst she has tasted.
