Absolutely. Warnings like that should be at the top of the page in large, bold font.

Ideally spoiler warnings should be in one of those eye-catch banners because it's kind of important.
Doki Doki Literature Club! has a warning that the page is Spoilers Off due to the nature of the game, but the warning is buried towards the end of the description and is very easy to miss. Should it be moved to the top of the page as a header?
