Update: Checking the user, they don't have an extensive sock list (thank goodness) and they're not brand new.

That's weird. Is there perhaps a sock-using lurker?
I mean, think about it. A lot of drafts recently have had this problem- an extreme amount of early hats, but with the sponsor being innocent.

...This does give me a good reason to remind people we have a thread
in Wiki Talk to try and find preventative solutions to this sort of problem, though...
What's hard though is that this draft is actually well made, if still lacking in examples, so part of me feels it's not a big deal, and another part of me feels we need to be careful anyway.
