It seems a bit broader scale than I'm looking for but I'll see if what I have in mind will work
Do we have a trope for when characters encounter a version of themselves from an alternate universe that is the opposite gender?
I didn't find anything going through Gender-Blending Tropes and Opposite-Sex Clone didn't have any comparable tropes, either.
