As noted on the trope page, Classical Music is still being created today.

Your linked example is House Music or Italo Disco, but you could also tag it with Neoclassical Punk Zydeco Rockabilly (the general article for genre mashups) for being a house track with classical samples.

"Classical Music" is more of a genre than a time period.

Sorry I put the wrong version of the song, I meant this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0O9SQjy2zpo&t=73s (the other one is a cover/remix)

If it sounds like Classical Music but it was made recently... then it's still just Classical Music.

^This.

Classical is a style more than even a genre- hard to pin down, but its mostly about complex interacting layers of sound and dense, highly experimental arrangements.

On the more heretical side, you can make a case for a lot of the more avant-garde electronic music being a modern form of classical- the artist Feint, for instance, does D&B that sounds like chamber music on PCP, and I defy you to put a genre on the artist Varien.
