Ecchi is not an index, therefore all examples must have context.

Why isn't it an index, considering it's a genre rather than a trope?
Keet cleanup
Earlier this year, all the entries on Ecchi that didn't have context were commented out.
I was under the belief that indexes don't require context for their entries. Am I mistaken?
For example, in Action Genre, none of those entries have context. Note: I believe Ecchi is also a genre, should that be a factor in determining whether context is required.
