Sounds like Red Right Hand or Evil Makes You Monstrous would fit better.

The villain has the same face and body as always, her skin just became white. Still applies?
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.

Understood, thank you.

A question regarding Evil Makes You Ugly. In the context of the scene, the constant eating of the evil McGuffin turns your skin pale and grayer, but it doesn't turn you into an ugly person, just an equivalent of, say, a vampire. The villain becomes a pale villain with a snow-white skin.
Would this trope still apply?
