I think Summary is too much. Yoi already getting the jist of things with tropes.
I don't know if there's an official policy, but I know that I have seen summaries in several recap sections, including Recap.Game Of Thrones, the Star Trek series, etc.
Recap.My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic also uses summaries.
Isn't that partly what they're for? It is called Recap.

Alright, another question: most of summaries are ripped completely from official synopsis. Does that make them plagiarism?

Yes, it does. They should be removed and rewritten.
Andyroid is currently in the process of adding summaries to all the episodes on Recap.Steven Universe. Is this allowed? Because I don't think I've ever seen a Recap page do this.
I want to request a revert, but I wanted some insight before doing so.
