I know, but I prefer the premade PMs. I usually PM someone only if they mess up badly, so the composed message ends up sounding like a passive-aggressive snarkfest.

Kakashi 9029 is a recently created account whose only contribution to the wiki so far is... questionable, to say the least. Here's their edit history.
Personally, I smell a complainer with an agenda —or just a plain old vandal.
Sent them a Word Cruft notifier (because I honestly wasn't sure which one to use).
