You can start by crosswicking the tropes currently there (which is basically just the process of adding every trope on the work page to each trope page).

Thank you. Any other tips? Because at the moment, the work page only has about 4 or 5 tropes on it.
Make sure it's indexed in all the appropriate indexes (media type, country of origin, year of release, and genre are the big ones).
You can add it to the "Pages needing more tropes (have fewer than 10 now)" folder in Works Needing Tropes.
Also before you launch a work page, you can run it through Trope Launch Pad. You can ask people to help you collect tropes, if you happen to encounter fans. It's not guaranteed that it will work though, but I'd say it's worth a shot.

If any creator associated with the work has a Creator page on the wiki, put it there.
Mention it on any discussion forum where appropriate.
How does one go about making a work page more visible to this wiki so that more people supply tropes for it?
