Conception was originally a pair of games, right? I haven't watched the anime, but if it's mostly a straight adaptation, I don't know if giving it its own separate page would be necessary. If there is a good amount of tropes that are exclusive to the anime and not the games, then go ahead and make it yourself.
EDIT: Well since the first game was Japan-exclusive and pretty obscure, it doesn't have a page either (though its sequel does). I think it would be a bit weird to have a page for the adaptation and not the source material, but given the obscurity of the original game in the West, it might be better than nothing.
