ComicBook.Sonic The Hedgehog is ambiguous, which is why Archie Sonic is located where it is.

Any links referring to the Archie comic should be edited to point to the correct location.

Technically since Archie Sonic's title on the covers in just Sonic the Hedgehog, shouldn't the page for it really be Sonic the Hedgehog (Archie Comics) rather than Archie Comic's Sonic the Hedgehog.

Good point. The latter correspond more with the standard of disambiguation, and has the advantage that you can easily remove the disambiguating part by using this format: ComicBook/{{Sonic the Hedgehog|ArchieComics}}.

On the other hand, the current title has 15 subpages and over 1100 wicks, so the amount of work to correct this might not be worth it.

Wouldn't that lead to ComicBook.Archie Comics?

No, it would lead to the ComicBook/SonicTheHedgehogArchieComics page.

You bracket the name of the work so that you can hide the part that disambiguates between works when necessary. Most other disambiguated works use the same practice of putting the difference between the works on the end of the page name (i.e. Ratchet & Clank (2002) vs Ratchet & Clank (2016)).
