I'd call it Miraculous Malfunction for the same reason I'd include an incompetent apprentice screwing up a basic spell and creating a new form of magic: The spirit of the trope, creating something that functions in some incredible way by sheer accident, is still there.
Also counts as an Achievement In Ignorance for the monkey, and Accidental Discovery applies if they can figure out how to replicate the stuff on purpose.
A monkey in a lab gets loose and dumps a bunch of chemicals in a jar. (He'd been watching the scientist mix chemicals together.) The monkey winds up creating a drug that is basically a Fountain of Youth. What is this trope? Freak Lab Accident? Miraculous Malfunction? Nothing quite fits.
