Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
I suggested a Short Term Projects topic for this, as they shouldn't be cut without review.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"It has been a week and it seems like the one case people cared about the blatant ROCEJ and NRLEP violations was a special case.
All of my article contributed text is CC-BY-SA to be https://allthetropes.org/ compatible.Should True Capitalist be treated the same way? It's a news show about politics and finance. It's pretty much only known for its loud and angry host, much like Alex Jones' shows. I'm not entirely sure if True Capitalist is fictional or not, which is why I'm bringing it up here.
If nothing else, that page needs a rewrite.
True Capitalist, The Young Turks, Drunken Peasants, All of them. If ROCEJ and NRLEP violations was the reason, with very few exceptions, everything in the Radio and the Podcast category need to go. There isn't a lot of movement towards that, so I am not convinced that was the reason.

Podcasts and similar primarily-online content have gone through the Websites Clean-up thread in the past.
Articles for things like Natural News and Quackwatch were voted to cut. IIRC, the Drunken Peasants were voted on, too.
IDK, it seems like you're going off on a tangent without looking into or asking about TV Tropes clean-up history. It just does not seem kosher to purge entire genres from the site, especially with the reason "on principle."
Edited by WaterBlap Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they pretty
The Alex Jones page was cut because it had blatant ROCEJ and NRLEP violations on it. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/query.php?parent_id=67073&type=att
I can't find any page that pertains to news and radio that doesn't have the same violations, so can we just go ahead and purge them all?
