Based on the info in the character entry, sounds like you also want Nominal Hero with some Glory Seeker and The Napoleon. Might also look at Bad Samaritan and see if that applies.

In Freedom City, someone recently removed an entry for The Ironclad, Noble Bigot. Now I don't entirely disagree with his, as the character in question is not really that Noble, but he is still a Bigot, albeit to an Acceptable Target of members of the Confederacy, and it's clear that, much like his namesake, Dr. Dunn, his inclination is to villainy and bringing the world to heel. He objects to the South not necessarily because they support slavery, but rather because he considers their culture and industry to be backwards and unsophisticated. Even Evil Has Standards is the closest I can think of, but doesn't feel like it entirely fits.
