Collectively covered by Sinister Schnoz, Villainous Cheekbones, and Thin Chin of Sin, I think. I don't think there's anything covering "heroic = softer lines" though, they're all contrasted against Lantern Jaw of Justice.

Whats the trope where the villain(s) have really angular facial features (like Sinister Schnoz but not just the nose) while the good guys have more rounded faces?
