The first part, where an image was added to an imageless article, is not rule-breaking. It's alright as long as there's no comment from a prior Image Pickin' thread.

As for the quote, yes, please message them.

That said, the Failure Hero picture is pretty impressively bad. No indication that the person is a hero, and the only relation to the trope is the word "failure" but even that doesn't convey the specific kind of failure here. Instead of being "failing at their goal" it comes across as more "failing to support someone" which is definitely different.

I think it would be worth noting that they added the image after they made an edit that said the series provided the page image.

um, ok, so i never new you had to ask for permission to put up page quotes. is that one of the rules? as for the picture, there is no indication that a new thread was needed for that

Changing existing quotes is done in this thread.

As for the pic, noting in the edit reason you were adding a pic where there was none would have helped. :)

Sometimes threads are run for the first image on the page to find the best pic and to get Hive Mind consensus on its selection, but it's not required.
