A person cannot. I'd say cut the Franchise page.

That said, there are YMMV pages for this Creator, so those need to go, too, since Creators cannot have YMMV pages and his aren't entirely about his works.

Because "Franchise" is short for "Works relating to this Intellectual Property in multiple media by the same Creators, each with their own page". The Nerf Guy is otherwise correct; the multimedia franchise page is misuse.

You can have YMMV items for a musician (or a creator) if it's about the body of their work, and not about them as a person.
