I put Literature.Messenger Of Fear on the page, and it indexed on its own page, but doesn't show up in its related pages on the YA page. i think the YA page is just too big.

I doubt it. My understanding is that pages don't really begin to break until around 400,000 characters, and they then become unworkable at around 700,000.
Young Adult Literature is presently at 160,363. That's well short of the danger zone.
That looks like a software issue, something for the Wiki Tech Wish List.

Main.Young Adult Literature seems to have stopped showing up on related pages. I think for a while it stopped indexing, too.
