You want to use the Correct Subject button on top of the review page. It will confirm the namespace and new work name and move the review(s) accordingly

I want to move Manga.Kitakubu Katsudou Kiroku to its english title, Manga.Chronicles Of The Going Home Club, but there's a review attached to the former. Is there a way to move it to the other page?
