Delete that Small Name, Big Ego entry. It a) abuses italics badly and b) is using an In-Universe trope that doesn't go on YMMV pages to complain about a creator.

That looks like an edit collision to me, given that the edit reason was addressing something else.

Sorry about apparently accidentally putting back the "Small Name, Big Ego" thing while trying to clarify the legal mess. But it's a serious oversimplification to try to look at it as "who sued first". Yes, it was Archie's lawsuit. Which was in response to Penders saying he was going to be notifying distributors to stop distributing reprints, that they were breaking the law by using his characters, and that he was looking into legal action against SEGA for Sonic Chronicles. They didn't just up and decide to sue a guy out of the blue or anything. Archie sued him because he'd basically just said he was about to sue SEGA/Bioware. And then he sued SEGA/Bioware. It's just extremely misleading to try and simplify a legal quagmire by making it "whoever sued first is to blame".

That YMMV page has a lot of problems really.
