Technically it hasn't crossed the Edit War Event Horizon yet, but a Doorstopper edit reason never bodes well. It's also Thread Mode and Justifying Edit territory.
I'd attempt mediation, but how should this be handled? Folding it into the initial example would change the user's opinion in a way that we're not supposed to do.

That one entry seems like speculation. It has nothing to do with what The Scrappy is about. It needs to stay off, as a subbullet.

You're not supposed to have Justifying Edits in YMMV articles, any more than you want them in main articles. Unless those sub-bullets pertain to different examples, they should be removed entirely or edited into the example.

Axe it all. Pretty sure that entire The Scrappy entry should be Jerkass Ball, not The Scrappy since it's the writer's intention that Pinkie is the voice of annoying-ness.
EDIT: And Jerkass Ball is on the page's main section. Yeah, just remove the entire The Scrappy section.

The example does sound much closer to Jerkass Ball than The Scrappy. You can't be The Scrappy "for one episode".
