What's more, there's such thing as No Export for You and Bad Export for You, and, say, USA is not immune to being ignored or getting version stripped of some content.

There's quite a few pages which have a mix of tropes pertaining to specific countries only eg The Amazing Race has tropes and examples specific to the Australian and Canadian versions as well as the US. Just make sure you identify which country or countries it's from.
Is it possible to trope a work that has certain parts only available in certain countries?
