Sounds reasonable. Creepy Circus Music gets misused as "just circus music".
There are some recent examples on Creepy Circus Music that I feel are misuse of the trope, and would fit better on Happy Circus Music:
There's nothing creepy about this song that I know of.
This example may unintentionally come across as creepy, but I don't think that was the intent behind it.
On Happy Circus Music, I said "Please note that even circus music that's in a major key or has a 'traditionally' happy sound still counts as Creepy Circus Music if it's used in a scary context. See Soundtrack Dissonance. To count for this trope, the music has to be used in a genuinely happy and non-threatening context."
That works as a distinction between the two tropes, doesn't it? Maybe we should add a note to the description of Creepy Circus Music to make it clear that examples for that trope only count if the music was intended to be creepy?
