basically, Ambiguous Disorder is in the process of a Trope Transplant. the original meaning was made YMMV and renamed to Diagnosed by the Audience because there were too many examples that relied on audience reactions. the new definition of Ambiguous Disorder will be to catalog examples where it's clear in-universe that something is up but the specifics aren't exact

And just to clarify as a head's up, Diagnosed by the Audience now specifically requires examples where a substantial portion of audiences headcanon a specific character as having a specific psychological condition. I say this because the vast majority of misuse for Diagnosed by the Audience comes from people either writing points that read as armchair diagnoses or simply copy-pasting points that were previously listed under Ambiguous Disorder.

Be kind.
