Have a question about how the TVTropes wiki works? No one knows this community better than the people in it, so ask away! Ask the Tropers is the page you come to when you have a question burning in your brain and the support pages didn't help.
It's not for everything, though. For a list of all the resources for your questions, click here. You can also go to this Directory thread
for ongoing cleanup projects.
Darth Davros 75 is not redoing any changes of theirs (on that character page, don't know about it pre-split), so no. You can't expect someone to check the edit history of every single page they wish to edit to check if they might revert something against consensus.
If you find the same thing being put back by different tropers, you may put in a commented out note saying not to do that and inviting future editors to the cleanup thread to discuss.

Both the MCU and Marvel wikis consider this Peggy to be a different version to the main universe Peggy. Since she marries Steve I think that makes her different enough to the main universe version to be given a folder.

There is no Edit War because Edit War requires the same person unilaterally doing something twice.
^ There's already such note after the last edit.

So I’ve been looking through the edit history of the MCU: Peggy Carter and I’ve only just now realized that there’s a possible edit war a few months back and I don’t know if it still applies considering how it’s only a few months ago. So I’ve removed a folder per consensus and then Darth Davros 75 readded it despite the consensus so I had to remove it again and remind that it was removed per consensus. Is he edit warring and if so, is it still penalizable even if it’s months ago?
