Yes, it's called "using Tv Tropes as a platform to get userbase for a personal off-site activity", which is as bad as editwarring, and asking to be paid is dangerous online in general. The user also seems to have some sort of attitude issue.

To our understanding, the Fan Works namespace is an index of works pages for fan works. Given this, it should not contain any off-site links.
