You Say Tomato for English pronunciation being a near-total anarchy. (Skut-tell and Ten-ah-ment are equally valid options, for instance.)

Pretentious Pronunciation if someone insists on pronouncing something strangely or that a particular "fancy" accent is the only correct way to say something

No Pronunciation Guide if there's some obscure or invented word or name that the audience (and possibly even the creators) can't agree on the pronunciation of.
