Howl of Sorrow is correct, but I feel the need to point out that The Scream isn't "someone screams", it's "someone screams and it zooms out".

Depending on exactly what happens in the scene, you might also want to look at Big "NO!".

^^ Okay, so it's "a scream is portrayed a special way". I still wouldn't say all screams are a subtrope of it, but now I see I've also been mislead by several other tropers who all claimed The Scream was super narrow.
