I'm not sure if there actually is a policy on this, but adding examples from comic strips to a folder labeled for comic books sounds unintuitive compared to simply saying the folder is for comics.

Maybe this would be something to bring up in Wiki Talk if there hasn't already been a thread on it.

^Those threads are about namespaces, and I certainly don't want to change the current namespaces for comics (it would be far too much work, to start with). My question is about the folders on individual trope pages, which divide trope examples by medium. They do not always follow the namespaces, which they perhaps should.

^^Yes, it does seem unintuitive. I guess my question would be: what's the best solution - split the folder into two, matching the namespaces, or rename it to just "Comics"? Is it kosher to do the latter without prior discussion?

Making a Wiki Talk thread wouldn't hurt, since the previously linked threads are unrelated to what's being discussed here.

OK, I've done so here: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=16412252170A90045100&page=1#1

Perhaps this query should be closed to avoid having the discussion in two places.
