Alright, just wondering, because I am baffled by the claim, then not seeing it. I can't find where it said that was the level cap anymore.

In any case, I'm going to expand my character roster.

Question Rai, how does Reincarnation effect levels? Dose it store levels or just stats, or what? The article is not clear...

@FL: You can't improve unless you realize living in your past isn't going to help you write better. Yes, this sounds corny but if you've got an Old Shame, let it serve as a small reminder and look back on it later on to see how far you've come.

... GAH not good.... that means poor Asagi in my game... High level reincarnation, some how she got NO, NONE bonus points at genius level...

Any way, why is it Disgaea charterers are the second most popular here, to Pokemon. Or is homestuck second... I think Disgaea is but... any way It says alot about the thread when 50-70% of the characters can be described as Homestuck Disgaea or Pokemon.

Homestuck's in second place, I think, Pokemon's got a boom due to the new generations.

I'd say it's Homestuck first, then Pokemon second, then Disgaea. Touhou may or may not be above Disgaea...maybe.

...Although, now that I think about it, Pokemon is probably first, due to almost everybody having heard of it, compared to the rabidity of Homestuck love.

Advice is more dependent on how the recipient takes it, really.

Homestuck definitely has a large influence over this game.

...Uh, you're forgetting OCs, Sun. Most characters can be OCs as well. I just added Wren & Falken having Disgaea stats because I play the game.

...Obviously, Wren's stats work differently since he can't reincarnate. I'll get a sheet or something up sometime.

Yeah, Homestuck never stopped being a thing that influences this game.

Yeah, the influence is slowing down, though.

I should do a count, But I think only Ozzy is actively playing a troll and then only one... wait that surprisingly puts home stuck near last...

And I was not going influence, I was going by character numbers.

Influence would be Homestuck, Pokemon and then Disgaea... either way, they are still the top 3.

Disgaea...nah. Still can't completely overtake Tohou in that regard.

And my troll is actually an OC who got turned into a troll, rather than the actual canon version of the troll. Which, considering what Vriska is actually like in the story, is probably a good thing.

'Though I did play a canon troll for a while and brought in a couple others for one-off things.

In terms of number of characters, Disgea and pokemon>>>>>Everything.

In terms of influence in general, Homestuck>God.

@Rai: Maybe in terms of total characters played. But current ones? Barely anyone uses Touhous except CLY and Lem.

I think that the Homestuck reference decrease is due in part to a certain someone. This may or may not be a bad thing, depending on your opinion.

Well, everyone here's contributed characters no-one else might've done. Example.

Me? Puyo Puyo and most likely Odin Sphere. But you get the idea. It's what makes this game cool, with all the different characters and genres.

Well, considering that the certain someone is no longer playing, if that's the case I don't see why the references should still be down.

Then again this is coming from someone who is obsessed with Homestuck.

I don't quite have a monopoly on Fire Emblem characters, but it's close. Plus Gao Gai Gar.
