Speaking of strength/appearance tropes, is there some kind of pint-size bruiser trope somewhere on here? Edelgard is 5'2" and uses an axe with a blade the size of her torso.
It's been fun.The Power of fangirls is powerful indeed, i'm glad Claude is in a high rank, though i'm shocked that Edelgard is below F Byleth. Perhaps it has something to do with Dimitri's popularity?
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Edelgard makes a really bad impression on routes other than her own.
I guess Dima does as well, but less so in his case.
Heart of StoneProbably, F Byleth is the most popular pairing thus far so it wouldn't surprise me that a lot of them like her for that reason. Otherwise, she's a fairly bland if inoffensive mute protagonist with a goofy outfit, though better than the likes of Corrin.

Dmitri doesn't actually seem to jump off the deep end on Crimson Flower, which was interesting.
When I started playing this game, I dismissed Dimitri as the most boring. To me, he seemed like the standard goody two shoes Lord along the lines of Marth or Roy.
I'm glad to see (judging by this forum) that my initial judgement was wrong.
De Romanīs, lingua Latina gloriosa non fuī.Yeah he even has both eyes, yet ironically, he's at his most " evil " at that route in a more Camus manner. He's protecting an insane tyrant, who according to NPC dialogue is openly calling for the death of anyone aligned with the Adrestian Empire, implying he's still his bloodthirsty self, even Hubert is implied to be disturbed with him as before the battle, Hubert notes with some sense of dread that Dimitri will do whatever it takes to win. Speaking off, right before the chapter, Dimitri mentions his bloodline will continue even should he die, is he implying he had a kid?

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult. Why did they make the Arrow of Indra, the only magic lance in the game, exclusive to Crimson Flower?
That kinda sucks.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! That seems like an incredibly weird decision. It's obviously very suited to Hubert but there are a few similar characters on the other routes.
Sylvain, Lorenz, and especially Flayn would appreciate it. And while the former two can be recruited in Black Eagles, Flayn can never even so much as touch it in any route (other than being stabbed with it).
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! So would Marianne!
Ukrainian Red Cross@RedHunter: Yeah, I had that same thought regarding (Crimson Flower) Dimitri talking about his bloodline. I don't know anything about Dimitri's family situation, but given his childhood, it seems unlikely that he has siblings, at least ones who are still alive. Chances are pretty high he means Someone to Remember Him By, though... and I really do hate to imply this, but given that Crimson Flower Dimitri seems entirely obsessed with ending the Hraesvelg family and Edelgard specifically, it doesn't sound like it was meant to be read as Dimitri having found a lover. Maybe something more utilitarian, to have the best chance of one of the children surviving?

It's been fun.Secret techniques to carry on bloodline taught by Rhea?
After all the crazies that stay together can behead the people they hate together!
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. It's entirely baseless that this is actually what happened, but my assumption was more along the lines of round up a bunch of noble or common women, do the royal do, and scatter them. If Dimitri knew he was going to die on the battlefield - and from what people say, it's either kill or die with him in every route, not just Crimson Flower - that seems like the most effective, if not the most humane, way to continue the Blaiddyd bloodline.
It's been fun.Marianne has the Blutgang if she needs a magic weapon
Heart of StoneLonato mission. Catherine kept missing this one enemy in the forest that she had ~30% hit on. 4 hits each round of combat gives her good odds of hitting eventually, but that guy lived like 3 turns baiting Catherine and her troops. He's my real MVP.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences."Don't worry, bro, she won't be stealing any Exp on my watch!"
Now if only somebody like that was around in the chapter where Jeralt just keeps trying to rush Solon to end the map. Fuck off, dad, I'm trying to beat the Death Knight!
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Allied units can't beat any boss. They'll stop doing damage at 1 HP. Just keep Jeralt properly Physicked and it's fine.
On that mission she actually wouldn't even move and engage Lonato, which made the proceeding scene and conversation a bit silly.
I killed Lonato with Ashe, because I'm an awful person
Heart of StoneFinally continuing with my Hard Blind Golden Deer run.
FE: New Mystery Fresh Cart Lunatic 7PM PT Sun, Mon, Fri; Expert Unicorn Overlord 7PM PT Wed, Thurs: http://www.twitch.tv/kuroitsubasatenshiDimitri has an uncle named Rufus. He's killed in Blue Lions and Dimitri is framed for his death by Cornelia. Considering that Rhea takes refuge in Faerghus in Black Eagles, this event can't have happened so Rufus is still alive. That's who Dimitri is referring to when he's talking about his bloodline living on.
The latter two don't have crests!
