Looking at all of the grooves and the pointy nubs on one side of it I'm gonna guess that Byleth's sword is made out some creatures backbone. I'm placing my bet the it was from some monster.
So there's tons of images floating around from the new Famitsu article, and also a lot of dialogue that hasn't been translated yet.
Wasn't there already a crossover? I'm fairly certain one of the games lets you dress up as Lucina.
I know there are games where you can forge Fire Emblem-themed armor for your hunters, but I was thinking of something more along the lines of the Final Fantasy and Witcher collaborations where the Monster Hunter people get a guest fighter as a monster to hunt.
They could even tie it into the plot and show us how the Taguel went extinct.

I doubt that Monster Hunter would have a Fire Emblem guest fighter be something like a laguz, taguel, or a manakete...although maybe they could have hunters hunting down a crazed war dragon or trying to repel a feral manakete? I know that there are some hunts that don't involve killing the dragon, like Zorah Magdaros and Kulve Taroth...
As for what Fire Emblem would get...probably a fight with a Rathalos. Which flies all around the place, can poison your units, stun units by roaring, isn't weak to arrows...yeah, fighting a Rathalos is going to suck.
Or maybe have Kulve Taroth be the money-grinding map. You fight those annoying Gajalakas to collect gold nuggets for money. Kulve Taroth herself has endgame stats, but fighting her earns you scales that give you even more gold. Get her down to 0 HP, and she loses her gold cloak and becomes faster and stronger. Get her down to 0 HP again to knock off her horns, which earns you a lot of gold or special weapons.

You put that in humor mode, but that could give an interesting skill, allowing you to melee attack from two spaces away, but you end your turn on a free space next to the enemy.

Funny detail about the magic runes◊ is that it has some English text in them,
Because as we know, English is the most magical of languages.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Well, Japan does have a history of yoinking English things and then just shoving them in wholesale because it seems exotic to them.

"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.But she doesn't have a pompadour.
So the opposite of the case when translating games into Irish. Or, at least, what I imagine would be the case if any game ever were to get an Irish translation.
Ukrainian Red CrossSo the Fates artbook is out now. Any good pictures or interesting information?
According to a post on Serenes Forest, there's art of the Hoshido dragon. I haven't seen the image though, so don't take my word for it.
Reina has official art, which makes me happy.
Speaking of the artbook, I ordered a copy from Kinokuniya. I was thinking of waiting to see if someone would localize the artbook, but I really, really wanted this book and decided to just order it right now.

"Death's vastness holds no peace. I come at the end of the long road—neither human, nor devil... All bends to my will." -Demifiend.Holy crap that’s so cool! I liked her regular design too (shame she’s not much of a character), but that is just...yeah, looks like Monster Hunter in the best possible way.
But does it still die to one Faceless punch or axe swing?

You know, looking at that sword Byleth wields, it's pretty weirdly shaped. It's not a sword breaker, seeing as the grooves are too small (and are usually on a short sword or a dagger), so this seem like they would reduce the blade's effectiveness.
