I request Stickyness. Also, we need to post the 5 or more /a/ images. Also, I think we should something like a general "usually recommended" thing like:
Mecha
Scifi
Action
Pretty
etc

ALL CREATURE WILL DIE AND ALL THE THINGS WILL BE BROKEN. THAT'S THE LAW OF SAMURAI.Anyone have an anime that I can burn through quickly. I kinda want to get back into the swing of things so Fast anime might do me good especially now that school's almost over
Hello again tropersYou'll want to check a 12-Episode Anime. You can get through Genshiken relatively quickly.
thanks
Hello again tropersSticky it.
Recommend me something with an atmosphere similar to FLCL. Not like TTGL, and definitely not like Excel Saga.
De gustibus non est disputandum.Recommend me something Mapi or I would like.
Seinen romance? Het or Slash? Comedy? Ecchi? What?

- Be set in a high school
- Be romance oriented
- Include a sort-of-harem
- Have at least one Sakura tree in the background
- Very awkward sex scenes are optional

All of them are fine. Just make sure it's not terribly bad and I'll probably enjoy it.
^^^^ So... Bible Black?
I chuckled.
In any case, Rah Xephon sort of fits all of the categories (the last one only if you watch the movie), and it also has giant robots. While that last part doesn't appeal to Mapi, neobowman does seem to like his mecha.
I think Rah Xephon may be too complicated or dense, at least compared to what I have seen of those shows...

DeadNow that was just mean. Even if Rah Xephon is a bit more complex than the stuff they usually watch, it doesn't mean that they wouldn't be capable of enjoying it.
Oh no, I didn't mean it like that, I just meant that it has some kind of things that can only be enjoyed by people that had sad romances in their high schools and/or that like pacifism and Hinduism and Nirvana, and that the emphasis was more on mystery than in romance. ...Or So I Heard, anyway.
DeadOk then...Seeing as there seem to be few recommendations regarding transgender related anime and manga I haven't read or heard of...
Instead I will ask for something else. I am curious about this Key Visual Arts thing if only because so many of you talk about it so often. Recommend what I should use to expose myself to this studio's works.
If someone wants to accuse us of eating coconut shells, then that's their business. We know what we're doing. - Achaan ChahHave you tried Hourou Musuko? It's got a few missteps here and there (Like Yuki's...interests, and I'm pretty sure transgender people and allies would have a nit to pick in the series referring to the pretty clearly trans Shuuichi as a boy who wants to be a girl), but it's worth reading nonetheless.

All I can say about Kanon is that Kyo Ani is god. After having fully completed the Visual Novel last night, I've concluded that Ayu's route is hopelessly boring and crappy when it wasn't integrated with everyone else in the cast.
As an aside, apparently, Sayuri's entire backstory is a bonus mini route that diverges deep during Mai's route.

Maybe Read Or Die. Not the tv series or manga, but the OVAs/movie.
