Are the worlds really that predictable? Other than Frozen and Toy Story, I don’t think any of the new worlds were serious guesses before they were revealed. Getting a second princess movie from the 2010s, a second Pixar movie, and Big Hero 6 were pretty surprising reveals. And having Pirates of the Caribbean of all worlds return was another shocker, particularly since it’s still based on the original trilogy.

I think they just seem safe in hindsight because we’ve had time to sit on them and get used to them being in. If you had told me when KHIII was confirmed that they would avoid the ‘90s almost completely, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

I'm totally fine with fewer but longer worlds, personally. Only the console titles' worlds have felt like they have some meat to them, and KHII gets points docked because they're split in half.

So, I was first excited that Kairi is actually gonna fight. Then I made myself sad by watching Dead Fantasy episode 2, and how we won't have Valor form Kairi. Then I made myself sadder because Monty Oum has been dead for three years, and he will never see RWBY finished, or RWBY in BBTAG.

So, Nomura, can I get a Kairi and Lea game? Team Red Heads, and have Lea act as a Big Bro.

Random question, but does anybody know what, exactly, the Burroughs family's grievance with the game is that resulted in Deep Jungle and the Tarzan characters never being able to appear again?

Aren't there more princesses of light revealed in this game? So that guarantees Tiana and Moana will make an appearance, it could be possible that their worlds were swallowed up. Maybe they'll debut in a spin-off prequel, knowing this series.

I think their grievance was with Disney in general. That's why the only Tarzan character who still appears in the parks is Terk because she's owned by Rosie O'Donnell.

I'm not sure it guarantees anyone.

Pocahontas and Merida are also options.

We've got four princesses confirmed so far - Kairi, Rapunzel, and the Arendelle sisters. That leaves three. I could see one being Boo - she's certainly purehearted - but for the others I have no idea. For all we know Xion and Namine, being "derivatives" of Kairi, share in her princesshood and are the other two.

Well she provides the voice but she doesn't own the character,Disney does technically

Tarzan's Treehouse is still at Disneyland so I don't know what's going on there.

When was it confirmed Kairi is part of the new Princesses of Heart?

Yeah I'm not certain about that part, I just recall hearing that at some point.

As for Tarzan, I believe Disney can continue to use Tarzan in things that already exist but can no longer make new things based off of him.

I 100% agree that I'd prefer fewer but better integrated and longer worlds. I just think that that also comes at a risk. If you have a longer section of game in a REALLY boring level, that presents a risk. Like, a lot of people really hate Agrabah and being their for the billionth time. Could you imagine if 10-15 hours of KH 3 was in Agrabah alone?

And, while I didn't exactly guess some worlds like BH 6 (though that was also revealed pretty early), I don't find any of the worlds particuarly surprising or out of left field. Treasure Planet, Atlantis, or Sword and the Stone would have been pretty out there picks, for example. All of the ones shown have been movies in the last 15 years or so and all of them were CGI movies. The two exceptions to this are Hercules and Wennie the Pooh which are both animated and a lot older.

I'm not trying to be a negative nancy, just none of the worlds are particuarly my cup of tea. Maybe Tangled will be more my stream since I don;t think it gets the love is really deserves and has some good character stuff, but none of the others particuarly get me excited and jumping for joy to play in.

If I'm honest, I'm more shocked Jungle Book hasn't made it considering its been cut from like 3 games now.

I'm surprised that neither The Emperor's New Groove nor the Earth part of Lilo and Stitch are worlds, but I guess that'll be saved for whatever's next up.

The newest chi update introduces the character Elrena, Strelitzia's older sister. She looks like someone we know.

So st this rate nearly half of the Xehanort Org 13 will consist of people older than Xehanort if kid Luxord and Demyx appear.

EDIT: And, apparently, the Japanese syntax is hella ambiguous and it's not clear whose sister Strelitzia actually was, and she could really be Lauriam's.

I'm just glad we know Larxene's original name now. I don't care about anything else χ does. (I mean, maybe I'd prefer if this reveal had been in a real game instead of p2w garbo, but no company is gonna shut down a gacha game as long as it keeps printing money for them...)

Video with subs. KH Insider has resolved to refer to Strelitzia as Lauriam's little sister, though it's still unclear.

They should have left the ambiguity and just left it as the most literal "someone's sister".

That'd be unnatural and weird and poorly-written, but so is the scene!
