I didn't originate the Ma3 pages, but I've done a fair bit of work on them over the years, so I guess that I should take any serious blame required for their current configuration — though other people made some important contributions. Basically I pushed them into their current shape by stages, with those other people also pushing in places, and would now say that they're as sensibly structured, in my opinion, as they probably can be.
That included alphabeticising the Ma3 Characters page when the sheer stupidity of a more-or-less chronological-ish arrangement was burning more than I could bear. As I'd created the SDB and SotR pages myself, and quietly made them alphabetical from the first (and anything else would have really, really stupid there, for reasons), it seemed only logical.
(Before anyone says anything; no, the primary characters sections aren't alphabetical. That was because each of those comics has a nominal primary protagonist, who really has to come first. Also, the SotR characters page is divided by area of activity rather than plot importance, because that just works best for that particular comic. So I'm inconsistent. Feel free to sue me.)
I should also confess that the division between Secondary Characters ("Friends and Lovers") and Minor/Crossover Characters is pretty much arbitrary. But it seems to work, so meh.
= Spindriver =I get the distinct feeling Jeph has purchased new art software. Everyone just looks..... wrong.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youSez you. I like it. The stubble on Sam's dad is a neat touch.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117He needs it. In panel two, he would otherwise look like a little boy. Normally his face is longer than that.
Say to the others who did not follow through You're still our brothers, and we will fight for youI agree. There's so many things off here. I know Jeph's not a professionally trained artist and that he has to pump out five pages of comics in a week, but this page is pretty wonky even by his standards.
Honestly, it was distracting enough that I had to go back and re-read the whole thing as I had completely ignored the dialogue.

I dunno, I'm not really seeing anything weird.
Oh really when?Yeah, me neither.
Trust you? The only person I can trust is myself.I'm just glad we're getting some different angles for once.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.The characters don't look odd to me, but the backgrounds look different. They've got more depth than usual. I like it though.
Ah, facetious kisses...
That said, this is one of Marten's genuine faults, that he's more inclined not to make an effort to keep in touch with people, and to wait for things to resolve.
That and anything involving his mother tends to mess with his head.
Trump delenda estThat's our Pintsize! *cue laugh track*
In his defense, though, Faye's blerfs are very nice.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Please try not to spoil the punchline in the same post as you link to the comic...
My punchline certainly was not spoiled by the comment.
I feel that Martin would not have complained even if Bubbles presence did bother him.
"Marten is good at impressions"
judging by the shape of pintsize's head, bubbles is, too.
[forum cryptid: it/it's]New comic. Jeph is not being particularly subtle about the Faye-Bubbles thing, is he?

Maybe it's the pose, but she has quite a bit more of a gut than we've seen previously.
Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.That happens naturally when sitting.
He hasn't been subtle about it for awhile now. And while I'm not completely happy about seeing things going robosexual in the comic, I've come to accept it.
And considering Claire's tendencies, this comic really is heroic self-restraint for her.
| Wandering, but not lost. | If people bring so much courage to this world...◊ |Edit: I thought I saw more Faybles discourse, so I chucked some commentary in. Either I'm a giant baby with far too much personal focus on something was barely mentioned in the thread today, or some stuff got edited out.
Either way, I'm cutting it out because I don't want to spark anything. Not to mention that y'all have heard it all before from my end. Sorry for the hassle.

I mean, I'm always down for making character gay out of spite.
Oh really when?
I'm assuming you put together the character page for Ménage à 3 in its current state, is that how you did it if you did?
