I have no objections. Until we get clear consensus on this, though, Redirects Are Free.

the use of the phrase outside of TV Tropes-land is usually for people with a guilty conscience. the trope is far, far wider than that, so i vote for a rename. just switching to The Insomniac sounds good to me, as the "types" described in the page already have both words in them.

Yeah, this is a very poor title. The Insomiac is a nice and clear, if a little bland, title that does the job a whole lot better.
In the beginning there was nothing, and it exploded. Terry Pratchett 35 tropes so far.

Switch to The Insomniac. The article even admits it is misusing the Trope Namer.

Renamed and re-indexed. I'll adjust wicks as I come across them. I trust you lot will do likewise?

This is a trope about insomniacs. Not necessarily wicked ones, either. It's not being excessively misused as far as I can tell, but it is quite non-indicative, especially since it's such a well-known phrase.
Perhaps a simple rename to The Insomniac would be in order?
