New pic?: Green Lantern

I vote we go with whatever picture I like and bugger everyone else.

Crowner hooked but empty. Somebody who can identify which lanterns are in each picture, please fill it up.

Thank you. My captions on all of them would have been "a whole bunch of Green Lanterns", "5 Green Lanterns", "a different picture of 5 Green Lanterns" and "2 Green Lanterns". Not very helpful, those.

How much of a lead do we need to make the change?

The first two options both have very strong consensus. One has a larger numerical lead, one has a larger percentage lead.

Alright, so now that the crowners have been up for a while, could we choose a new pic before the New Year?

Considering that it's still gaining new votes, the answer is "No"

It's been tossing back and forth between the top two choices. It's not stable yet.

While the images are still very close, the crowner's been stable for three days. Putting the image up, rest will go in ImageLinks.Green Lantern

Neither of the first two are in the lead. We need a better lead and this thread needs more exposure before we pick. Taking down image.

• 4 (yeas:8 nays:4) The Earth based Green Lanterns and an alien GL. From L 2 R Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, Hal Jordan, John Stewart and Kilowog)

are the only ones with a postivre total as of the time of this post.

Not sure if it's possible for me to throw my hat into the ring, but I'm supporting Ghilz's picture of the non-stylized GL's (including Alan Scott) flying towards the viewers. So to parrot the guy above me, non-stylized is now in the lead.

Dunno if we want to consider action figures and statue-type things, but I love the composition of this Green Lantern Legacies Multi-Part Statue◊, and it's got Alan Scott in a position of prominence.

I changed the link in the crowner to one that should work now.

I think we should use a comics pic, but whatever wins is fine.

Okay, here's my dilemma regarding Alan.

Love the guy, love his legacy. But the fact remains he's kinda more aligned with the Justice Society nowadays than the GLC. To the point that I doubt any future Lantern-related media will focus on him extensively. Maybe a cameo or origin episode, but nothing in terms of recurring cast, because he isn't even that in the GL comics.

I prefer the pic with Kilowog because, while he's just as tertiary as Alan, he's also indicative of how galactic the Corps are, less a character than a motif in picture.
