Question about Void elves, does the transformation affect their personality besides anything the whispers can do? As in say make them more aggressive or just confident

I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Neither Alleria nor Umbric experienced much of a personality shift when they became fully void-infused, though by that point they had already been dabbling in Void magic for some time.
Depends on if Umbric was a communist before he became a void elf or not.
Did the Arathi Warfront again today. Man, I found Turalyon's outrage at a Horde paladin (Liadrin) very funny.
Anyone else find it laughable that one of the most expensive items for the valentines event is basically just a Plainstrider recolor that can't even fly?
Shamelessly plugging my comics, Oh yes.Double post, but the PTR's been updated with the Zandalari Troll unlock chain. Turns out quite a few of the Zandalari are not very keen on having Bwonsamdi as their ruler's patron. Also, Vol'jin can be seen at several points watching the events of the chain.
Shamelessly plugging my comics, Oh yes. Thanks to the release of the final wing of LFR, I was finally able to unlock the Vol'jin questline and do it myself in it's full context.
Some new observations:
1. Vol'jin seems to question the events surrounding his own death in a way that implies that his own combat instincts might of been muddled by an unseen force. This could mean that the being that advised him to make Sylvanas Warchief also arranged for Vol'jin to fall on the Broken Shore.
2. Vol'jin's realization that it might not have been a Loa who bid him to appoint Sylvanas is treated as a major reveal in itself. That tells me that this is going to be a major question going forward.
3. Shades of unknown origin assault the player and co throughout the questline. All that can be known for sure is that they are aligned with whatever force is preventing Vol'jin from remembering why he appointed Sylvanas, and that they didn't consider the player to be an enemy until you started helping Vol'jin's spirit.
4. The questline ends with Vol'jin going to search the Shadowlands for answers, but also to answer Talanji should she ever call on him.
The questline does raise a lot more questions then it answers. But nonetheless I do feel like I have a better handle on where things are going. This questline is without a doubt the strongest evidence we have for a death/Shadowlands-themed expansion. I also think we are eventually going to have a confrontation between Sylvanas and Vol'jin, which is going to have a lot of major reveals packed into it.
My for a while now is that the only way to solve the DK and Forsaken issue is to move them to a place they can 'live' without conflict with the living i.e. Shadowlands. Can't wait to see where this goes.

Cool. I'm really looking forward to all the new story content. Hopefully we'll have finished our Heroic Darza'alor progression by then. 7/9 baby, but only one guild kill of Mekkatorque so far.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"On my phone so I can’t do the links, apparently a sethrak and vulpera are slated to be made playable heroes in hearthstone
Dreams not dead yet, even if I’ve personally moved on for the time being until major changes happen, I’d still love snakey boys and foxes to be playable
It does kinda give me bad vibes that KTH and Zandalari are going to be releasing the exact day that the dread wake promotion will end for people who bought it day 1 though

Speaking of Kul Tiras, what's their Fantasy Counterpart Culture?
Flora is the most beautiful member of the Winx Club. :)Wooden Ships and Iron Men is their thing more then any specific cultures I think.
They have a lot of inspiration from industrial revolution London, compared to the victorean Gilneas’ culture, but for the most part, yeah, it’s a huge mishmash
x4
I doubt the timing was anything beyond a coincidence. Their patch cycle just doesn't have that level of precision that far in advance.
Right now my working assumption is that Blizzard always intended to drop Allied Races in the .5 patches. In fact in one of the QA's they mentioned that if Zandalari hadn't been pushed back to 8.1.5, we would of gotten Mag'har in that patch instead.
From a purely abstract point of view, the .5 patches are probably the best time to drop Allied Races. It's after players have worked through the initial wave of content, but well before crunch time towards the end of the season. Had the Zandalari not been initially advertised as a launch feature, I don't think many people would of been all that annoyed at having to wait to 8.1.5 for the next wave of Allied Races.
Is there going to be any explanation of what the hell happen to kul tiras all this time?.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"What explanation do we need? They left the Alliance, Katherine was a relatively weak leader, and things went to hell in the years following the Third War.
Crucible of the Storms will unlock April 16th, with Raid Finder/Mythic unlocking the week after.
Kul Tirans/Zandalari have already been confirmed for patch day, and it is unknown how/if the War Campaign and other 8.1.5. questlines will be staged out.
x2 and x3: Yeah, that was pretty much my understanding as well. Things went south for Kul Tiras in the Third War and the aftermath of such, the Tirans basically Rage Quit the Alliance after they refused to hand over Jaina for her part in Daelin's death, Katherine was not a good leader (which may or may not be partially due to grief over her husband's death and her daughter's apparent betrayal), and Ashvane was pretty much running the country in all but name due to said weak leadership.
I think people are confused about Kul Tiras because for the longest time its disappearance was an In-Universe mystery similar to Gilneas' fate. That's why you got a lot of theories about the island being invaded by nagas, destroyed by the Cataclysm and so on. It was quietly retconned that there was no mystery at all, Kul Tiras was angry after Daelin's death and decided to leave and everyone knew it.
Kul Tiras borrows a lot of inspiration from early modern and 19th century England, same as the Gilneans, albeit in different directions. The Gilneans lean more on the Victorian side and have a helping of Gothic architecture to emphasize the werewolf aspect.
Meanwhile, Kul Tiras has more of a Napoleonic feel what with all the storm coats and that, mixed in with some of the early modern architecture and design.
Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies.Cyrus is voiced by veteran musician Bob Joles. I think he also voiced Silgryn, and provided voices on other expansions as well.

That reminds me of how I made a joking prediction of Sylvanas installing Magatha Grimtotem as new Tauren leader. With Baine out of the picture this suddenly doesn't seem so absurd anymore. By recruiting Ashvane Slyvanas certainly proved that "treacherous scum" is on her hiring list.
