Please, everyone knows Mukora is just Bumi after falling through an inter-dimensional portal to our world.

Oh God! Natural light!Damn, I've been had.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Unrelated, this is some of the funnier stuff I've seen on the 'Net the last couple of days:
Wait, so ending gave us Bolin X Opal and Korrasami.
What about Mako?

Internet reaction to Korrasami being made canon. @0:00-1:15
A friendly flower, and your best friend. He has a knack for funny faces.Mako, after turning both his girlfriends gay, decided he'd better not take any risks.
"Atheism is the religion whose followers are easiest to troll"He's alone relationship wise. I'd say it's for the best because his character was at its least enjoyable whenever he was in a relationship, but he's quite enjoyable on his own. At least in my opinion, and no offense to Makorra shippers.

Oh God! Natural light!Eh, Mako doesn't need to be in a relationship. Hell, Korra and Asami aren't officially in a relationship.
I know that's a joke but I never find that implication funny.

@lord gasek -
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. The next avatar series is going to reveal he has several marriages in his past.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersWow, that was a hell of a finale. I, uh, so much to consider. Still not sure about exactly how it went down, but I am strongly in favor of Break Them by Talking rather than violent triumph in general, and am pleased that's how Kuvira and Korra ended things... after an incredible fight, I gotta add. My WMG about Prince Wu proved to be true, I am pleased to say, and it just seems so fitting. Taking down the Colossus was a beautiful show of all of Team Avatar's best skills, incredibly well done. Zhu Li and Varrick were frickin' adorable, and absolutely hilarious. Though in retrospect, I recall I was some time ago hoping they'd dodge the obvious in favor of Platonic Life-Partners — you really don't see enough strong but platonic opposite-sex friendships in fiction, IMHO, unless No Hugging, No Kissing is the rule. That said, they did it well enough that I won't complain.
And of course, there's what everyone is talking about. Seems pretty canon to me, but I'm gonna see if Word of God ever gets a chance to confirm it. Until then... in the grim darkness of the future, there are only Edit Wars.

You know it pretty neat that Korra, who started the series as a bit of a Blood Knight ended up talking the villain down. While the much more pacifistic Aang, had to fully beat down and debend Ozai.
Now I want an Avatar that will pai sho an enemy into submission while sipping tea.
Yeah, that avatar's a 'Shop of my real face. That reminds me, Korra never standardised Pai Sho rules, did she? Hopefully, the world will be sufficiently peaceful to let that happen now.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. That was a beautiful end to an awesome series. First Colbert report, then VGHS, now Korra is over. What's going to happen to all the actually good shows next?
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceShe will come up with 3D pai sho.

Yeah, that avatar's a 'Shop of my real face.Zaheer is gonna see some things during his Spirit World time.
"Really, the Tree of Life?"
Lest I forget, presented for your amusement: quick links to the ever-shifting edit histories of the Avatar Wiki's pages on Korra's Relationships and Asami's Relationships. Pass the Popcorn. (Unlike ourselves, they seem to mostly be holding to "ain't canon 'til Word of God", with some dissidents mixed in. Korra's page is usually swiftly reverted to the platonic version, while Asami's lets Korra linger in the Love Interest column a while longer.)

This would have been so much easier if they had just let them kiss.
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."
The whole badger-mole thing with Wu reminded me a certain piece of piece of fanfiction which gave the Earth Monarch power over spirits.
It's mostly speculation, but it would kind of make sense if the original earth king, became the Earth King by some sort of pact with the spirits giving him some sort of sway over the animals of the land.
