Fuck. YES.
Man I love the Hitman games. This news is .
This series is a strange topic for me.
Hitman 2 was ok.
Hitman 3 was just horrible.
Hitman 4 is still one of my favorite games to play. I think this is because 4 (despite the advertisements) is Lighter and Softer than the rest of the series. It makes it easier to concentrate on killing sprees.

Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote?Hitman 5 need more Improvised Weapon, like chairs and stuffs..
And from the sound of it, we are still a long way off it seem.

Two things I've always wanted:
A more advanced melee system, although I understand how it could be a Game-Breaker.
And ambient conversations (blood money took a stab at it, but it was a sloppy stab with a butterknife)
The Blood God's design consultant. And to get our blood bumping: BEHOLD, APOCALYPSE!
Ominous Latin Chanting at its best.

I see everyone skips the first game for some reason. As a complete stranger to the series, is it worth it to start the series from the beginning or just skip to the games everyone considers good?
Also, if anyone knows how well the games run on Windows 7 that would be great if they told me.
The reason everyone skips the first game is because aside from it being pretty awful, it was PC only.
You dont need to play any of the previous games, since they're not chronologically linked. Personally, I'd skip straight to Blood Money (#4). The earlier games have serious AI issues and just dont have as much freedom to choose how to complete missions.
Can't think of anything witty, so have this instead...number two was alright for the time but it certainly shows if you go back to it. There were also a few missions I don't think you could complete without guns. Plus not being able to punch people was stupid.
Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote?I've only played Blood Money and it pretty much made sense. The overarching plot isn't really the focus of the game, and most of what is important is explained.
Personally, I'd like to see a wider variety of 'accidents'. I'd like to have more kill methods that don't compromise my stealth/ranking.

Text I feel is necessary to append to every post. The importance of episodes is pretty YMMV. The first is PC-only, sets up the stage and features one of the few multi-level missions of the series in an epic stroll through the jungle. The second introduced the choir of awesome, added significant freedom and the idea that there are other Agents out there. The third was an assortment of random levels, over half of which were levels from the first one adapted to the new engine with extra plot points and available actions (the hotel is the most noticeable in this regard). It is also unavailable on Steam for some bizarre reason. The fourth is the Crowning Moment of Everything for the series after you take the time to patch it to the latest version.
Also: did you know that Apocalypse is of a remix of a remix of a track Jesper Kyd, the series composer, did for one of the first games he ever scored? Red Zone was famous for an entirely different reason, but still.

Videogames do not make you a worse person... Than you already are.having played the second and blood money before Contracts, I found contracts a giant leap forwards in violence. Anybody else feel the same?
Blood money remains my favorite. It's re-playability is just mind boggling.
The Blood God's design consultant.Contracts had one of my FAVORITE levels - The Meat King's Party.
And the Beldingford Manor was pretty awesome.
All I can say is "FUCK YEAH!"
So....a snake has his second silverballer?
OMG get it back NAO 47.
The Blood God's design consultant.Don't worry, he'll just place a inconspicuous chandelier above the snake, place a remote mine on the support, and kill the snake to make it seem like an accident. Snake accident-related deaths are quite common, y'know.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.Beldingford Manor was my favorite. Hunting hunters in the rain with superior weaponry...
What irked me was how well aware they were, though. Killing one guy out of sight and far away from anyone resulted in an instant alert.
